These easy vegan chocolate peanut butter brownies are super gooey, fudgy and delicious for the chocolate and cake lovers out there! They are easy to make and are such a crowd pleaser as they are dairy-free and egg-free making them suitable for everyone. Made lovingly with our Nakd Peanut Delight bars this recipe is a great alternative to a calorific snack as it uses natural ingredients such as dates and peanuts. Surprise yourself and just give it a go! Everyone will think you have been baking for years.

250gr black beans (one can well rinsed and measured drained)

4 tablespoons cacao powder (double if using cocoa)

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup liquid sweetener

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup quick oats or jumbo oats food processed to break down

1 teaspoon vanilla powder (or similar)

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 Nakd Peanut Delight bars

Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius

With the exception the Nakd Peanut Delight bars, coconut oil and peanut butter, combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Once it is well mixed, add the remaining ingredients of melted coconut oil and Nakd bars and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into a small baking tray or brownie tray lined with baking paper.

Drop dollops of peanut butter all over the surface of the brownie batter and swirl into a nice pattern.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
